Springtime Soiree ~ A Mother's Day Celebration

Celebrations don't need to be huge, elaborate and expensive to be amazing.

This springtime soiree consisted of  a simple breakfast, card games, and lots of laughs...and it was such fun!

So if you're in the mood for a little celebrating and don't have a big budget, this post is for you!

Here's what was on the menu:

Easy Potato and Bacon Casserole from Our Best Bites.
This was spectacular!
I even ate the leftovers for dinner!  ;)

This is a recipe that I got from my sister-in-law and it is soooo yummy!
In fact, when you're celebrating with family, it's even calorie-free!  :)

Fresh Fruit Parfaits
I'd been looking for a reason to use my new lime green ramekins and these fruit cups fit the bill perfectly!

And for dessert...
Key Lime Cheesecake with Strawberry Sauce
Doesn't it look positively beautiful?!!
The recipe is available on MyRecipes.com.

Ahhh, sweet springime!

Toss in a few card or board games, some fresh flowers and lots of laughs and you've got a sweet, simple celebration.

Does it get any better?  :)

  2. Wow... Really mouth watering food.. I would like to book one dining program for my mom, as I love her most. I am looking for one restaurant, which will be different from other ordinary restaurants..
