Caprese Appetizer

I saw this adorable appetizer in a recent issue of Southern Living magazine and knew that I had to give it a try!

Well, not only are these little bites cute, they're delish!  And a perfect snack for Labor Day weekend and tailgates! 

I love how pretty they are...makes me want to jump right into the photo and take a bite!
