Swing Those Hips!
Give this hip-swingin' game a try!
Stuff a tennis ball or an orange down inside one foot of a pair of pantyhose, then tie the hose around your waist so that the ball is "dangling" between your legs.
Place another ball on the floor and swing your hips to get your hose ball swaying.
Keep swinging your hips to move the ball on the floor to the opposite side of the room or around obtacles. No hands allowed!
Race your friends to see who can get to the finish line first.
We usually make this a relay by dividing the group into teams and passing the hose to the next person in line once someone has completed their turn.
The first team to have all people finish the race wins.
This is SOOOO very funny to watch and makes for a really good time.
So strap on those balls and get your hips swingin (...and get your minds out of the gutter)! ;)
